Can anyone give an idea about the functionality of QGA4 transaction available in ECC 6.0 ?
Is it possible to have a report which will display the recorded inspection results for an inspection lot in table form with as rows the different inspection points and as columns the different inspection characteristics (cfr transaction QE71) ?

Hello Experts,
I’m trying to set ou PLM 7 Engineering Record, but not everything is working as expected.
I have set up in customizing, that the system should create a Change Number when changing the status to 20 but nothing happened.
Can you tell me what is missing?
I although tried to link a document to the Engineering Record. I know, some customizing at the document type is missing. I know I have to add the link type /PLMB/ECR. But I don’t know the screen number.
Can you tell me?

I am creating specifications thru my custom programs, where in am populating the Identifier, Characteristics and status to RE (Released status), well, the spec is creating successfully w/ all required Identifier, Characteristics and RE status, but, when we open the same spec in SAP's CG02BD below is the issue,
1) I want to change characteristics data hence am re setting its status from RE to IP- In Process in STATUS tab, well
2) but when I open the characteristics value assignment area, there am seeing it still as RE status hence am getting a message and SAP is not allowing me to change data!!
Pls. let us know why even though am changing the status to IP, still SAP is not allowing me to change characteristics data!!

please a i need urgent help am new the PM module
my customer need to make the new preventive plan for 2015
the case is : the current preventive plan for year 2014 will end at 28/12/2014 (the last order )
so i advised him to make the new scheduling after finishing of the last order 28/12/2014 but the problem is that he need to present the new preventive plan in 25/12/2014 so if we make the new scheduling before 28/12 the orders of this day will be rescheduled so how can i make the new preventive plan with avoiding the loss of the rest orders in the old plan

I need to create a function module which does material assignments in CG02. I already have got the specification and material assignments are present initially (manually added). I used BAPI_BUS1077_CHANGE for the purpose but what ever combination I provide ends up in error which says "Data record does not exist". Which all tables in bapi should I populate to do the job?

Does anyone have a document that helps us to record the replies for a question/ questions. Whether the questions, should be set as to give a yes or no answer.
How and where to record the replies for the questions, bcoz after assignment of the question list only the "not relevant" check box is in modifiable status. The question is not displayed and I do not find any other place to make a tick for yes or no.

Hi I have an ECO which is released and already release key is applied.
Can I change the from date of this ECO. For change master i agree we have date shift button where we can select the date and save it but fro ECO i.e engineering change record which has been converted to ECO and then released.
If not in SAP standard system then i any other BAPI or other way please.

The component /PLMU/WDC_PPE_CMP_TREE displays the product level details( NWBC ). My requirement is to download the data in the excel format. The problem is I am not able to see any data in the context. Require help on how can the enhancement be done.
PS. I have tried to export the data from the memory(assistance class) but the problem is the component displays a parent child relationship[ and the exact format of the data is required.

Currently we are doing POC for SAP PLM7.03 POC using SAP ERP6.0 EHP7.0.
We have completed the installation of SAP ERP6.0 EHP7.0 and we would like to activate the PLM based Business Functions.
I am a part of Basis Team who is working in this project.
My question is for activating the PLM based Business Functions in SAP ERP6.0 EHP7.0 landscape. Is it enough if we activate EA-PLM via SPRO or SFW5. Apart from EA-PLM activation do Basis Team needs to do anything else.
How about the PLM Functional role? Is there any neccesity for PLM based Business Functions activation from PLM Functional side.

In BOM item view of WDA application, I want to insert a row(Alternative Item Group in Item details view) betweent other rows as shown below.
I've tryied with Application Configuration /PLMU/WDA_MBOM_OIF_CFG and Component Configuration /PLMU/WDC_MBOM_OIF_CFG but it doesn't work.
Is there any clue to achieve this? Thanks.

I referred this book, but its not that good.All functionalities are not coverd in detail.(its my view).

Hello,
does anybody know how I can solve my Problem with PDF-Documents with Special Character which are Checked In (Tcode CV02N)
If I want to open the file again, it will be downloaded to
C:\Users\....\AppData\Local\SAP\SAPGUI\tmp\####
and not with the Special characters.... so SAP says
File
C:\.......
could not be accessed
So is there any flag to set in the customizing that the downloaded file will be with the correct Name or any note?
(Our System is a Unicode System)
(my Laptop has all the Windows updates including the language packages for Russia and China)
