Dear Exports, I had uploaded task list using program BDC but in bdc there some limitation to upload data like as I have to upload task list whereas 90 operation in a single equipment, so I can't able to upload the data in BDC program, Can any body tell me how can I upload it, is it possible to upload through LSMW if it can then tell how can I do it, as I don’t know the process to upload the data through LSMW. Hallo all
I'm evaluating a group solution to integrate CAD's (NX, Inventor, SolidWork) in a unique environment.
Each CAD Integrator is proposing a different solution to integrate SAP-PLM with the CAD (See CENIT-Connect fwith CATIA or DSC ECTR with NX or .ress with Pro/E)
There's someone that can brightnen up on this topic? What is or there's a SAP strategy with the integration of CAD Desktop with SAP-PLM?

i have some user requirements for work clearance managment process cycle for standard model
1.UNTAG should be before closing WCA
2.Print Tag phase Should be optional (in WCD)
3.WCA can be closed , if order status is open
4.Create WCA and WCD directly from WCTK then closing the both without linking with order ==> What is the buisness impact
please need your kind comments and advises

Activating ObjectKey's in change master with Release Key.
Hello Gurus,
I would like if SAP has come up with any solution for activating Object key for other objects apart from the standard BOM along with the release key.
Scenario:
I want my Engineering Record to create a change master with the Release key and use same the change master for making changes to Documents along with BOM. There is an OSS note 1767458 - WebUI: Object category enhancement for packages, release key for PLMWUI 746 and not for later versions of PLMWUI ( PLMUI 747).

BOM Copy using GUIDX value
Hello All,
My requirement is as follows...
I have BOM in source system. I wan to copy this BOM in my target system. But, I want the source system BOM item GUIDX in my target system as well... I thought to achieve it by passing the source GUIDX in FM CSAP_BOM_MAT_MAINTAIN and CSAP_BOM_MAT_CREATE. Even though I'm passing the source GUIDX in these FM, the BOM 's are created with system generated GUIDX in the target system.
How can I overcome this hurdle? Is there anyway to put same GUIDX in target as well? Thanks!!

Scheduling parameters for maintenance order have not been entered
Hi,
We have existing plants. Added a new one ZA05. When creating a new Service Order with order type ABCD I get the error:
Scheduling parameters for maintenance order have not been entered.
The issue is that NONE of the EXISTING plants have been maintained for order type ABCD in OPU7 (specify scheduling parameters)... so why is this new plant getting the error?

Dispatch an operation of a PM order
Hi Experts,
Could you tell me if a BAPI, FM, Method or anything else can be used to dispatch an operation of a PM order?
Here is the need:
Our customer uses the Planing Board (CM25) to dispatch operations of PM orders.
When the related work can't be executed on field, corresponding operations need to be dispatched a second time (at another time and day).
Currently we simply add a constraint on the StartPoint date/time and change the status of the operation to DSPT. But this doesn't take into account the workcenter capacity. So it can result to workcenter capacity overload.
For that pupose I'm looking for a standard FM or BAPI or ... that can do the job.
I think the following information should be sufficient to make the dispatching: Order nr, Workcenter, operation, day, time.
I found some threads about his on SDN forums but none answer my question.

DIR Long Text in PLM Web UI

For reporting I need to retrieve the Texts in the long text field of the DIR from the PLM Webui screen.

PLM 7 ACM for CAD files
Hello Experts,
I am testing PLM 7.0 ACM functions on the Document Info Record (DIR) objects. Steps as below..
1) I am using the NWBC to access and create the ACC id (XYZ_Project1) which is tied to a root context id (XYZ).
2) I added myself as the ACC admin with all the required PLMWEBUI roles +
Super User Role (SAP_PLMWUI_ACC_SUPER_USER) + Trusted users role (SAP_PLMWUI_TRUSTED_USER_ALL)
3) Assigned the ACC Id (XYZ_Project1) to a DIR.
4) Created a Test User (User1) who have the standard ECC DMS roles(Create/Change/Display) for the DIR's.
5) In addition to the above ECC role, I have assigned user1 with the role SAP_PLMWUI_TRUSTED_USER_ALL.
6) In DC10, I have flagged the 'Use ACM" for that document type.
Use case:
Since the USER1 is not assigned to the owning context id XYZ_Project1, he should not be able to Change/Display DIR.
Result; User1 can still view the DIR even though its controlled by the ACM
NB: I ran the program /PLMB/R_AUTH_UPDATE_RT_FROM_CP to update the roles and ACC id changes I have done (step1..5) to see if that updates the ACM check. But after the above program is expected the results are same. User1 can access the document.
Any thing I am missing here which will block the USER1 to that particular DIR?

Document flow error in Quality notication
Hello All,
I am seeking solution for document flow error in notification. After completing notification we are not able to find graphical network in Document flow.
We are getting error message says "no original document in document flow"
We have followed this process flow, notification --> create ECN --> change the material with reference to the ECN--> iqs2 complete the notification.
Kindly share if you any solution on this error.

DMU cannot be used on CAD desktop
Hi,
when using DMU viewing(all) functionality, it goes error with a message:
Specify either object key or document ID
Message no. DMS_VEG_MSG008
I am using SAPVEG for conversion and rh file as viewable files

Navigation settings (lpd_cust) for PLM 7.02 WebUI
Hello,
I'm doing customization in lpd_cust for Material BOM & Document. I'm directing the objects (BOM, DOC) from embedded search to traditional CS03 & CV03N.
I can do this navigation with Application type as URL. However, I want to use Application type as TRA (Transaction). In the parameter mapping, I want to maintain the Batch input details for BOM & DOC.

MIC not assigned in 03 Inspection lot
In master recipe I forgot to maintain MIC and released the process order. Material Issue also happened. Upon release of process order 03 Inspection lot got created. While I am trying to do results recording system saying "no Characteristics found" . Then I maintained the MIC in master recipe, but it is not getting reflected in Inspection lot. Can anyone help me in this.

SAP Business Context Viewer & Side panel
Hello,
Did anyone implemented Business Context Viewer as a part of their SAP Landscape or planning to do so.
BCV-Side Panel looks to be a very good option for Dynamic reporting. Currently I have ECC 6.0 Ehp6 SAP Environment. Do I need to buy any extra license for this.
From my side I have activated the Business Functions Listed in the SAP Help. Though Side Panel appears on the screen but no data is getting reflected there. What extra settings need to be done to get the values reflect in Side Panel.
Please advise me the best approach in making this happen.

Original without checkin in PLMWebUI
Hi All,
I have uploaded original to DIR, but not checked in.
I can see the link in CV03N to original.
However, same document when opened PLMWebUI , I see nothing under originals (I was expecting similar link/path to unchecked original).
What could be the issue?
Also If I upload original without checking in and save in PLMWebUI, path disappears after saving.
Please suggest.
